Consumer Account - A consumer can apply for a free account. It enables the consumer to be part of our forums, the ability to leave feedback to businesses and allows the consumer to use the Easy Quote feature.  The Easy Quote feature enables the consumer to ask for a quote from several businesses at one time giving the same information to all involved in one easy step.  Provides a lead for the business and less hassle for the consumer.

Free Business Account - This account is free to you as a business.  This account allows you to post all your contact information  in up to 3 categories.  This is usually what other directories will charge you for as a business.  It includes a link to your website and we even place a Google Map to your address.  We do all the work for you.  See more information at this link.

Basic Account- $49.00 year.  This is a business account where we place all contact information on the Site for the business including website links, email contacts and phone numbers.  The Business can authorize a direct link to your BBB report if one is available. Google Map to your address will also be included provided it is not a home based business. es of the Site. This Site is about credible businesses that are licensed.  Your investment is $49.00.and allows you  to receive leads from consumers using the easy Quote system from this website.  This account is free for all Better Bureau members in Canada.  See more information at this link.

Standard Account - $99.00 per year.  This is a business account that includes everything that is on the Basic Account plus we give you passwords to that allow the business to expand the business description of their business into 35 different areas.  Includes 3 category areas, and trade areas are by City only. Allows the business to upload and title 24 images of products and services in addition to placing their testimonials and accomplishments. This features out easyQuote system where your business receives leads and prospects directly from our website.  Works out to 27 cents per day prepaid yearly plus taxes. Payable in Canadian Dollars. Advanced Account - $149.00 per year.   This is the best account to buy if you are a new business or if you really want to generate word of mouth advertising for your business.  We set up a consumer feedback account for your and print business cards that you give out to your best customers.  These customers know you and can vouch for your honesty and integrity and recommend your business to others.  The card has a special code.  This is allows that customer to leave feedback that others can see about your business.  This is a great tool to accelerate your business overnight.  Works out to 40 cents per day prepaid yearly plus taxes. Optional Domain Purchase  $19.00  yearly - We research the internet to find a domain that is available in either a .com or ca extension for you.  We confirm the purchase with you and point the domain to your listing.  Your listing now acts as web page for you and this is a economical way to start on the internet.  Example is www.mybusiness.com.  People then go directly to your listing on the site instantly. This is in conjunction with Advanced Account only.  Imagine a web page with your own address that includes our most progressive package for an extra 5 cents per day prepaid yearly.

What is a Consumer Account? 

You will be able to access the following with your free account using your user name and password. You are responsible for your user name and password. The consumer account is simple to fill out and the only thing you must fill out is your name, your email address and your City. We send your user name and password to your email address automatically. Once you respond we can activate your account. Your email address is not shared with any other agency or business at any time. The password sent to you is temporary and should be changed once you receive it. We do not have access to your password once you change it.

Rate a Business - Give positive feedback to a business listed on the site or give ways that they might improve to gain more business in the future. You rate the business on 4 key areas. Service, Value for Money, Quality of Goods and Service, and Overall Performance. In the Comments section your can place any comments you wish. You can display you contact details to the business so that they can contact you directly. You can also let the business publish your feedback on their company profile and use the feedback as a testimonial. Businesses like everyone to know then they are doing things right. They want to know personally when they are not and most want the chance to correct a problem.

Please Note - Each consumer account can rate a business only once and only the last review is recorded.

Easy Quote - As a consumer you can use the site to enable you to get the best price, best quality and best service. As an example, you are picking a contractor to do your basement development. Fill out the online easy quote and your request could go out to as many as 30 contractors at one time. They phone you rather than you tying up your time and energy. You can choose from the list and eliminate certain contractors before you send out the request. There is no sense in asking for quotes from contractors who have already given you quotes or from contractors you do not want to hire. Checking the Business Listing of the Contractor will assist you in making proper choices.

Forum -This is an area reserved for membership account holders whether they are business membership or consumer membership accounts. The purpose of the forum is to give consumer to consumer information about your trade area. Who has the best deals? What are the latest scams? Who has really done good work? Where should you eat or stay? This section is not tied to business listings. A consumer can relay information about a business to other consumers even if the business is not listed on our site.

Search Features- This is a comprehensive website. As a consumer you get information from three sources about a business. If the business is listed, the business can list everything important for you in making a decision. Complete description, testimonials, awards, website rating, link to their website is all there for you to review. In addition if the business has a record with Better Business Bureau, the website provides a direct link to that report. Lastly, the consumer forum may also give you information that is current about that business. You receive information from the business source, objective information from Better Business Bureau if applicable and subjective information from the Site Forum.

Newsletter - Our newsletters targets both consumers and businesses. The overall body of the newsletter gives you an awareness of some of the things that are happening in other areas that ultimately may affect you. The newsletter can be forwarded and shared to you are able to print or send a copy to others. This is especially valuable to seniors who are sometimes targeted. The newsletter is permission based only. You can withdraw from the newsletter at any time.
