Procedure:

  • Changes to all information submitted will be done with direction of business owners or by the owner of the  business.

  • The staff member accountable for this Site compliance with the PIPEDA , in consultation with the Executive Director, will address the matter and issue a response to the individual within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.
