Safe and Trusted Canada has a review system that allows consumers to leave feedback about a business. How are reviews processed?
Information profiles contain links to your website, social media, and other review sites that are accessible to consumers. The Site includes contact data and other consumer information in a single profile. It is as if the consumer has done the research, and, of course, Safe and Trusted Canada is okay with updating your business information if there are changes. The business is archived if the company is no longer in operation. We look for an email from the business owner or a permanently closed alert on Google. They can also use our Chat widget. Account Holders can add unlimited content to their business profile depending on their subscription plan. If the business no longer has account access, it moves to an information-only profile. Archiving of the company occurs when it is no longer in operation.
All our account types are for legitimate businesses. The business owner must list their credentials and cannot have any readily apparent issues that would be known to consumers. A business owner can apply at any time.
