The Site enables every business to have an account where the owner can manage all aspects of its business at no charge through a basic account. Some companies may not have the required profile to be part of this Site. A business may be removed at any time, at our discretion or on request of the business owner.
At Safe and Trusted Canada, we recognize and reward businesses and professionals who have established trust through accreditation, regulation, and demonstrated longevity. If your business meets any of the criteria below, you qualify for an automatic discount; no special request is needed. Safe and Trusted Canada has a review system that allows consumers to leave feedback about a business. How Reviews Are Processed?
Information profiles contain links to your website, social media, and other review sites that are accessible to consumers. The Site includes contact data and other consumer information in a single profile. It is as if the consumer has done the research, and, of course, Safe and Trusted Canada is okay with updating your business information if there are changes. The business is archived if the company is no longer in operation. We look for an email from the business owner or a permanently closed alert on Google. They can also use our Chat widget.
Account Holders can add unlimited content to their business profile depending on their subscription plan. If the business no longer has account access, it moves to an information-only profile. Archiving of the company occurs when it is no longer in operation.
All our account types are for legitimate businesses. The business owner must list their credentials and cannot have any readily apparent issues that would be known to consumers. A business owner can apply at any time.
Only the business owner can authorize an account. We look for companies with credentials. Business Credentials
Our last report about this business indicated Accreditation with Better Business Bureau. BBB Accreditation and Rating Information updates may be delayed by up to 24 hours. Check the link and notify us if the business is no longer BBB Accredited.

Every business can access any trade area in Canada. A company that is a contractor can access other trade areas, understanding that they may need to have a municipal license for those trade areas. A company that markets to other trade areas to draw consumers to that business location needs to have a municipal license for their trade area only.
