I contacted Dixon Commercial to assist with collecting landlord money from a LTB ruling. I completed but did NOT sign contract. I read reviews AFTER contacting them (shame on me). I contacted them a couple of hours later saying after reading reviews I did not want to proceed. They advised I had not signed the contract so it was fine that I did not want to move forward. Tried to defend the bad reviews. Most of which were complaining that they do not respond to communication. However they did charge my Visa anyway and now ignoring my emails and phone calls. DO YOUR RESEARCH. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!!
