Safe and Trusted Canada is not a regulatory body and does not accredit, recommend, validate, or endorse any business.
A business may request the removal of its profile at any time. Participation in Safe and Trusted Canada is voluntary, and there is no obligation for any business to maintain a profile or account on the Site.
Businesses that wish to manage, update, or expand their profile may apply for a free Basic Listing or one of our enhanced marketing plans.
The Site may provide links to business websites, social media pages, Google reviews, and other third-party resources for information purposes only.
Consumers should independently verify any information that is important to their purchasing decision.
All transactions occur directly between the consumer and the business.
Safe and Trusted Canada does not participate in, supervise, guarantee, or mediate transactions between consumers and businesses.
Possible Categories
The number of primary categories and subcategories allowed depends on the business's subscription. (The Basic allows 1 Primary Category and a total of 5 subcategories., The Plus allows 2 Primary Categories and a combined total of 20 subcategories. The Standard allows 3 Primary Categories and a combined total of 30 subcategories. The Advanced allows 4 Primary Categories and a combined total of 40 subcategories. The Professional allows 5 Primary Categories and a combined total of 60 subcategories. Trust Matters: Businesses with Account Status can remove this section at any time.
