Our warranty doesn't just cover the product if it breaks or leaks. The warranty gives you the assurance that your product will continue to work as well as it did on day one, or we will replace it or fix it for free.
Our customer service hotline is open 5 days a week, in case you have questions or there is a minor problem that can be fixed – that way, minor issues can often by fixed over the phone in minutes. If not, we will send a representative out immediately, at no cost.
There is minimal or no upkeep on all of our products.
We are the only company that ensures you do not have to continuously invest into a system when it begins to deteriorate, breaks, or plain doesn't work in the first place. Once you are a customer, you have spent your last dollar on water, for life.
