The Site gives consumers options in their search for their best business option through a search process unique to our Site.  We remind consumers that Safe and Trusted Canada is not an absolute system for accuracy and that they should always protect their interests.

The Site gives businesses options in their presentation options through different subscription types.  We remind businesses that their presentation must be accurate, honest and truthful.   The Site gives options for the business to list their affiliations, links to social media, and links to review sites at no charge to the business.

We provide the business with other software options to greatly increase and manage their business.  At Safe and Trusted Canada we provide WordPress Website Development,  Reputation Management reports,  Reputation Management software, and Social Media Marketing software.

Safe and Trusted Canada is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. 

We want to remind our valued consumers that while Safe and Trusted Canada strives to provide accurate information, it is not an absolute system, and consumers should always take steps to protect their interests. Similarly, we remind businesses that their presentations on our site must be honest, truthful, and accurate. In addition, we are pleased to offer businesses the opportunity to list their affiliations, social media links, business and contractor credentials, and review site links at no charge.

There are two application types.

Safe and Trusted Canada is a consumer site.  The Site allows every business to have an account where the owner can manage all aspects of its business at no charge through a basic account.  The only exception is when a business is rated an F-rating with the Better Business Bureau or has shown manufactured reviews on Google.

Information profiles contain links to your website, social media, and other review sites available to the consumer. The Site includes the contact data and other consumer information in one profile. It is as if the consumer did the research, and of course, Safe and Trusted Canada is okay with updating your business information if there are changes. Archival of the business occurs if the company is no longer in operation.  We look for an email from the business owner or a permanently closed alert on Google; for faster results, use our Chat Widget.

Depending on their subscription plan, account Holders can add unlimited content to their business profile. Since the owner provides the content or authorizes our Admin to take current content from the business website, there can be no risk to the business owner. If the business no longer has account access, it moves to an information-only profile. The business is archived if it is no longer in operation.

There is no risk to the business owner at any time through account status unless they present false information to consumers through their account management area.  See Alerts.

    • Users can use the Credentials Search's advanced features to determine the degree of reliability for each business.
    • It is the responsibility of the user to check the credentials advertised by the business.
    • Notify Site Admin immediately where the business is advertising credentials they do not have, or information is not current.
    • The company and the consumer entirely determine transactions with each other.
    • Safe and Trusted Canada does not mediate complaints, issues, or concerns.
    • Seek legal advice for complex transactions.
